Holm Residential was founded in 2005 by Ric Holm with a simple commitment: deliver quality craftsmanship and honest service. In 2011, brothers Brad and Eric joined the company and had the opportunity to learn the trade firsthand under Ric's guidance.
In 2021, Brad and Eric proudly purchased Holm Residential, continuing the legacy that Ric established. Today, they carry forward the same values that have defined the company from the beginning—integrity, attention to detail, and a dedication to exceptional workmanship.
While the company has evolved over the years, their mission remains unchanged: to provide homeowners with a construction experience built on trust, communication, and quality craftsmanship.
